When I expressed an interest in the Toro Student Greenkeeper of the Year Awards, my course manager said he would like to read some of my college reports before deciding if he would be happy to nominate me.

After reading them he was convinced, and I felt a boost of confidence in my ability. Having got to the final I feel like the hard-work I have put into my education over the last 18 months has been rewarded.
