Being involved in the awards has already benefitted me. I have learnt a lot from writing statements and the interview experience involved, it’s improved my confidence and I know will be an amazing thing to have on my CV when looking to the future at different job opportunities.

I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to speak to different people in different job roles at the finals and forming relationships with other greenkeepers and people in the industry I’m hoping that I will be able to speak to about problems I’m facing or any questions I have.
