Dealer Development and Key Accounts Management | North

Home Based (Covering North of the UK, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland)
As a Dealer Development and Key Accounts Manager, you will have the independence of running your own territory ensuring profitability, managing and exceeding customer expectations as a matter of routine and challenging direct dealer partners to high levels of performance and business growth. Covering all brands within the Turfcare portfolio, candidates should be based north of the Birmingham area, (M6, top of M1) or around the Sheffield/Manchester area. The role will cover territory from Birmingham to Northumberland, across into Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
You will embrace and support sales activity by being sales focused, supporting our dealer network within your territory in progress management and targeting of opportunities. Demonstrating your communication and negotiation skills, you will also take great pride in improving upon customer service perspective and delivery, and the presentation and reputation of our business and brands.
Using your coaching and mentoring skills, you will be responsible for motivating and improving dealer standards and ensuring adherence to all Dealer policies. You will promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues and dealers alike, to meet and exceed business targets and to enhance customer service and profitability.

Transport & Logistics Manager | St Neots
BASED AT ST NEOTS
Primary responsible for ensuring full legal compliance across the entire commercial vehicle fleet. Covering all HGV and light commercial vehicles. This is a full-time role requiring a fully qualified, experienced Manager to safely and effectively manage and oversee a fleet of commercial vehicles. Travel to each of the 4 depots will be required on a regular basis to undertake routine checks.
With demonstrable experience as a Transport Manager, you’ll have solid industry experience, excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work logically and systematically. You’ll bring with you strong interpersonal skills, a can do and will do attitude and most importantly, a positive attitude towards learning and growth with a passion for ensuring that their fleet operates safely.

Are you a manager from a turfcare machinery/agricultural background, looking for a highly autonomous role with a well-established, industry leader where you will play a pivotal role in the companies’ growth and success?
